These terms govern the use of our platform for environmental and resource analyses. They describe the rights and obligations of both parties as well as the limits of our responsibility.
EcoIntel provides digital tools for evaluating ecological indicators, soil quality data, and resource flows. The platform supports authorities, engineering firms, and companies in planning sustainable infrastructure projects. The analyses provided are based on publicly accessible data sources as well as data contributed by the user.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurement values, location data, and project documents you upload. Using the platform requires that you hold the necessary rights to this data. Sharing access credentials with third parties is not permitted. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access.
The evaluations generated by EcoIntel are intended to support decision-making and do not replace official expert reports or soil physics laboratory analyses. We assume no liability for damages arising from the unverified adoption of analysis results in official procedures. Responsibility for the final assessment always lies with the user.
All data sets you upload are transmitted encrypted and used exclusively for the analyses you commission. Data is shared with third parties only with your explicit consent or when required by law. After the completion of a project, you may request the deletion of your data in writing at any time.
The contract for the use of the platform is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with four weeks' notice effective at the end of a calendar month. Termination without notice is permitted in the event of serious violations of these terms. Analysis reports already generated remain accessible for documentation purposes after termination.
We adjust these terms of use when legal framework conditions or the scope of functions of the platform change. We will notify you of material changes by email at least four weeks before they take effect. Unless you object, the updated terms will apply as of the stated date.
